In 2001, I bought a pair of earrings at an Arts and Crafts Show in Virginia Beach, Virginia, thinking I'd like to learn to make earrings. Shortly after that I went to Baltimore, Maryland to attend an Oprah even with my best friend. While there we visited our first bead store, Beadazzled. As soon as I walked in the door, I was absolutely enchanted. This visit began my odyssey with beads. Many classes, shows, and one bead store later, I moved to Gainesville, Florida. With the help of my son Michael and my daughter Robin and many friends, in August of 2005, we opened Bead All About It in Thornebrook Village.
